Marketplace role
Weivas provides marketplace software connecting buyers and independent sellers. Sellers remain responsible for their listings, product compliance and fulfilment obligations.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service lawfully. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unsafe products or policy violations.
Orders and payments
An order record is not confirmation of collected payment. The checkout clearly identifies when payment processing is unavailable or pending.
Listings and seller obligations
Sellers must accurately describe products, maintain inventory, follow applicable laws, communicate fulfilment status and honour published return policies.
Limitations
Availability and provider-backed capabilities may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
