Use search and category pages to discover active products from approved stores. Product availability is checked again when an order is placed.
Orders and delivery
Orders appear in your buyer dashboard immediately after placement. Payment collection and carrier tracking are only shown when their providers are configured.
Returns and disputes
Keep the product, packaging and order reference while requesting assistance. Eligibility depends on the seller policy, product condition and applicable consumer law.
Account security
Use a unique password and never share reset links or one-time codes. Password changes revoke existing Weivas sessions.
